IPAnalyser separates observed facts, approximate estimates and heuristic assessments.
Evidence levels
- Observed values describe the current connection received by Cloudflare, not an arbitrary target IP.
- Country, region and city are approximate network-level estimates, not a physical-address lookup.
- Network-risk rules may indicate possible hosting, VPN or proxy characteristics but never prove them.
